Because Jess hates posting pictures on Facebook.
Because Kyle wants to say hello without being awkward.
Because Liz wants to see what’s popping on Friday night.
Because everyone wants privacy, control of content, and an engaging way to keep up with the world around them.
Start it with a Peek.
With Peekshare, you can get likes on those Friday night selfies you won’t post anywhere permanent. Check out peeks from local nightlife or from the festival or game in town. Better yet, use Local peeks to Nudge friends and strike up conversation. Maybe you’ll just use Local to (over)share pictures of your cat. We won’t judge.
It’s our hope that Peekshare will make your friendships stronger, help you make new ones, and encourage you to share as much as you want. We care about how things look and work within our app. We believe it’s about an awesome user experience.
So give your friends a peek, share more than hello!
Our story is your story.
Meet Danny. You know Danny. You might be Danny. Danny was social in college. He made lots of friends, met lots of people, founded a club based on a mutual appetite for shenanigans. But college ended and keeping in touch became difficult, sometimes awkward. Friends take jobs in different cities. Some heavily censor their social profiles. Others just have less time. Danny needed a better way to connect. Something that felt more genuine. People love sharing pictures- a peek into their lives. The trick was to build Peekshare in a way that makes pictures the catalyst for conversation—Content-Driven Messaging. Danny called Morgan and the two got to work.
